CALL TO WORSHIP

Matthew 11: 28-30, “Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take myyoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will findrest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

CONFESSION

It Is Well With My Soul

ASSURANCE OF GRACE

O Love That Will Not Let Me Go

Greeting Time and Announcements:

Each week we pray for another local church in town because we believe we are not the gospel answer to Flagstaff but that God is using all his Christian churches to redeem the city. This week, we prayed for Northland Christian Assembly as they start up their Life Groups this week. We prayed that God would use these groups and those leading the groups to create and cultivate authentic, genuine community among their congregation.

COMMUNION & RESPONSE

Each week we respond to the truth of God’s word in four ways.

COMMUNION:

On the night that Jesus was arrested He broke bread and drank wine with His disciples symbolizing His body that was broken and the blood that was poured out on the cross. Take some time to remember that Jesus died for the sins of those who would trust in Him.

SINGING:

A City No Longer Forsaken

He Has Come to Save Us

In Christ Alone

BENEDICTION

May we, having been blessed by God and called His people, go and be a blessing to the city of Flagstaff, living as first fruits of the Kingdom of God for His glory. Amen.

REFLECTION QUESTION
